"Very poor (useless) telephone service"

A review of Staples Uk- Head Office by Dissatisfied toner purchaser written on Friday 13th of November 2015

Placed order and received phone message to call back about order. Number given was 03333 300 1334. DON'T BOTHER! Tried 01302 890 089 and got same message i.e wait for a long time to get someone to tell you they are not in the department that called you. Every option gets you the same result. Apparently they monitor calls to improve customer service. What a joke!.
