"Excellent staff member called Carl"

I went in to the Bristol branch on Sat 5th Aug 2017, with a whole lot of printing and budget to stick to. A young chap called Carl came along and got the printing sorted with in my budget (thanks to an offer you had - no other staff thought to mention it tho) and he did it efficiently, practically single handedly and at superman speed! A few days later i needed the exact quantities of the different documents i had printed (as i had not written them down) so i called the store hoping they would have a record of it and thank goodness Carl answered the phone! Within our 5 - 7 min conversation he gave me numbers i needed. I was really impressed with the way Carl works - he is a gem. I suggest you guys treat him as such..
